"The Pools of the Kai"
- are located on the peninsula of
Cayman Kai within the North Sound. They are within (close) walking distance to
the Kaibo Yacht Club and have their own dock on the bay as well.
The most unique feature of The Pools 2BR is the two-story screened lanai that encloses the private pool. With 24 ft of sliding glass doors that stack up out of sight, you literally bring the outdoors inside and have a pool in your living room! The "Pools of the Kai" units are very quiet and offer a manicured white sand beach for morning/evening strolls . The Kaibo Yacht Club Restaurant/Bar is a barefoot walk down the beach. Rum Point is also about a 5 minute walk from this oceanfront complex of 12 units; (3) clusters of 4 homes. A great swimming beach is right across the street at Gardens of the Kai. |

| Each of three clusters of the Pools of the Kai is set up with a One-Bedroom unit on each end and (2) Two Bedrooms Units in between. There are (6) One Bedrooms and (6) Two bedrooms.
